BAC Calculator

Find out how buzzed you are with this Blood Alcohol Content calculator

Welcome to my BAC Calculator. While this blood alcohol content calculator can estimate your blood alcohol content, keep in mind that it's purely a mathematical equasion and doesn't take into account your mental state or what you've eaten and how many pills you're popping.

BAC Analysis

It's meant solely as an entertainment tool, but the blood alcohol content calculator actually gives you a good idea of what to expect when you've had a certain amount of beers to drink.

Generally, alcohol content in beer will have less alcohol than wine, but may range anywhere from 3.5% for a light beer to a twisted 20% and beyond. Of the beers that I've tried, the best have ranged from 5.8% to about 9% abv, with 7% being the sweet spot in the alcohol content of beer.

The metabolism rate in average people begin to burn off alcohol from the blood from the first sip, and range in BAC decline from 0.01 to 0.04 blood alcohol content per hour. Though the average is 0.017 per hour decline, this BAC calculator moderates it slightly further at a declination of 0.015 BAC per hour.

Remember that a beer has 12 ounces, three beers has 36 ounces and a full six pack will have 72 ounces.

So have fun with this calculator, try to stay within a reasonable uplifiting range, and don't over-do it (even though we've all been there). Whatever you do, don't drive drunk, or even buzzed. The best BAC percentage to drive is 0.0%.

The blood alcohol concentration parameters and impairments are loosely based on Virginia Tech's Alcohol Effects study found at alcohol.vt.edu, while the messages are purely my own interpretation and meant as entertainment and humor only. Please, have fun with this BAC Calculator and don't take me seriously!
